About Us
The research of the CMC laboratory is coordinated by Associate Professor Dr Paul Gleeson. Paul is an experienced researcher in the Medicinal Chemistry/Computational Chemistry area who currently works as a lecturer in the Department of Biomedical Engineering at Chemistry at King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang.
He has approximately 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including at GlaxoSmithKline and AstraZeneca pharmaceuticals. He has published over 60 papers in the last 10 years (>1000 total citations). These include highly influential papers including one published in Nature: Reviews Drug Discovery (impact factor 31.2, >150 citations) and another article published in the Journal of Medical Chemistry (impact factor 5.6, >180 citations).
